What can be claimed under the warranty of the ITALJET DRAGSTER?
The warranty for ITALJET DRAGSTER with engines not exceeding 300 cc, all models, covers the quality of 3 main component groups* for a period of 1 year or 10,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. The conditions require product warranty registration and that the motorcycle must undergo periodic inspections as specified by the company. The warranty applies only to motorcycles manufactured or sold by dealers authorized by Maverix Group and does not cover motorcycles used outside Thailand.
The 1-year or 10,000-kilometer warranty, whichever comes first, does not include parts that wear out due to normal usage or require regular replacement, such as lubricants, engine oil, gaskets, brake cables, brake pads, speedometer cables, throttle cables, clutch cables, clutch plates, brake hoses, rubber components, various filters, light bulbs, fuses, starter motor brushes, spark plugs, nuts, bolts, screws, washers, spark plugs, seals, O-rings, bearings, roller weights, drive belts, and the transmission set. These parts are covered only in cases of technical defects or manufacturing faults from the factory. Batteries and tires are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 6 months, and the LED light set is also covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for 6 months.
The 3 main component groups include the engine, the frame, and other related systems.
Causes that will void or cancel the warranty at
ITALJET DRAGSTER service centers:
The 1-year or 10,000-kilometer warrantyof ITALJET DRAGSTER may expire before the specified period if the motorcycle owner fails to comply with the conditions or uses the motorcycle in ways not in accordance with the warranty terms. The causes include:
- Failure to bring the motorcycle for scheduled maintenance and inspections as specified by the company.
- Damage resulting from usage beyond normal conditions, such as using the motorcycle for racing or carrying excessive loads.
- Modifying or altering the condition of the motorcycle.
- Damage resulting from an accident.
- Any modification of parts or the engine from their original condition as provided by the company will void the warranty, and the company will not be responsible for any damage resulting from such modifications. The installation of equipment or tuning that has not been approved by the company will also result in the warranty being voided.
- Damage caused by heavy or intensive use, such as use as a commercial vehicle or rental motorcycle.
- Using fuel, lubricants, or other fluids that are not approved or certified.
- Damage caused by the passage of time, such as paint fading, peeling, other forms of deterioration, or products stored beyond the warranty period where it is difficult to verify exceptions for warranty coverage.

- Expenses related to the warranty, such as towing fees, communication costs, accommodation, meals, overtime compensation, commercial losses, medical expenses, or any other similar costs.
- Damage caused by soot or smoke, bird droppings, seawater, sea breeze, salt, or other similar factors.
- Damage caused by unavoidable natural disasters or events beyond control.
- Damage caused by war, whether declared or not, or by theft.
Note:
- In the event of a change of motorcycle ownership, the warranty rights will continue until the warranty period expires, provided that the previous owner or the dealer has registered the motorcycle warranty after the purchase has been completed.
