1. Product Exchange: After receiving the product, customers can exchange it if the product does not meet the warranty conditions specified on the website, or if the website owner delivers a product that does not match the order. The product and packaging must be in the original condition without any damage. If the conditions are not met, the website owner reserves the right to refuse the product exchange in all cases.
2. Product Returns: During the product warranty period, if the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, and the user has video evidence of the damage at the time of unboxing, the website owner agrees to accept the return. This does not cover mistakes made by the user in ordering the wrong product, color, model, type, etc.
3. Refunds for Full Payment or Installment via Credit Card: For payments made in full or installments through a commercial bank's credit card registered in Thailand, refunds will be processed back to the credit card used for payment, taking approximately 15-20 business days, depending on the credit card billing cycle of the bank.
4. Refunds for Full Payment via Debit Card: For full payments made through a debit card of a commercial bank registered in Thailand, refunds will be processed back to the debit card used for payment, taking approximately 45-60 business days from the day the user is notified by the website owner, subject to the bank's terms.
5. Refunds for Full Payment via Bank Transfer: For full payments made through bank transfer, refunds will be made to the account number provided by the user, taking approximately 5-7 business days from the day the user is notified by the website owner (after receiving complete refund documentation from the customer).
6. No Cancellation or Refund after Payment Success or Product Dispatch: The website owner reserves the right not to cancel, refund, change, or modify any product orders in the following cases:
- Mistakes in ordering the wrong product, color, model, type, etc.
- Future price changes of the product, including various gift vouchers.
- Cases arising from additional discounts, forgotten discounts, or codes.
- Change of mind by the user.
- Dissatisfaction with the quality of the product or services of the website owner, individual, or other related legal entities.

***Returned products must be complete with all accessories, without defects, and not damaged or impaired in any way. The packaging must be in its original condition. If these conditions are not met, the company reserves the right to refuse the return of the product.
How to refund money for customers who transferred money via bank account
Information that customers must provide to receive a refund includes:
– Order number
– Tracking number slip to track product status
– Name of account owner
- Bank name
- Bank account number
***The User will receive a refund via bank transfer within 7 days after the Website Owner has received the package***
Terms and conditions and refund procedures for the User who makes payments via credit card:
– It is not a payment transaction that the cardholder rejects.
– The item has not been fully refunded.
– The item has been deducted from the limit (capture).
– Items that are no more than 1 year old
– No more than 15 refunds have been received (refunds are set to not exceed 15 times/item).
The Website Owner will initiate the refund process within 1 day after the User notifies. The process of refunding will depend on the policy of each bank. Generally, credit cardholders will receive their refund in the next billing cycle, while debit cardholders will receive their refund within 30-60 days.
If the cardholder has not received a refund, it is recommended that the cardholder directly contact the issuing bank by calling the telephone number specified on the back of the card.
