Terms and Conditions Following Reservation of Italjet Dragster Motorcycle

- The customer may choose the delivery location of the reserved motorcycle or collect it at the authorized dealership’s premises within 15 days from the date the dealer issues a written notice. Full payment of the remaining balance must be made on the day of vehicle delivery, unless otherwise agreed by the dealer.
- The customer agrees that ownership of the motorcycle shall be transferred upon full payment on the date of delivery. If no separate sales agreement is signed on the day of delivery, this reservation agreement shall serve as binding evidence of the motorcycle sale.
- The reserved motorcycle, including any custom or special equipment ordered and installed, cannot be altered or canceled once confirmed in this reservation agreement.
- If the customer fails to comply with the following 2 clauses:
4.1 In case of cancellation, the customer shall be considered in breach of contract and agrees to forfeit the entire reservation deposit without prior notice. The dealer also reserves the right to claim costs for special accessories and any damages resulting from the cancellation.
4.2 In case of changes to special equipment, the customer agrees to bear all related expenses and liabilities arising from such modifications. - The dealer does not accept exchanges after the motorcycle has been delivered, nor will changes to the motorcycle’s color be allowed. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
- If the customer authorizes the dealer to procure special accessories from third-party suppliers, the customer allows the dealer to use part of the deposit to pay for these accessories or agrees to pay the full cost of such accessories directly if required.
- In the event of a price increase for the motorcycle, the customer reserves the right to cancel the contract.
- All expenses related to vehicle registration, taxes, duties, and administrative fees arising from this purchase shall be solely the responsibility of the customer.
- If the dealer fails to deliver the motorcycle as specified—brand, model, production year, color, engine capacity, and/or agreed accessories, gifts, or entitlements—the customer has the right to cancel the contract.
- Either party may cancel the contract if the dealer is informed that the customer must obtain financing for the purchase, and the customer fails to secure loan approval within the delivery timeframe specified by the dealer.
- In the event of a cancellation under Clauses 7, 9, or 10, the dealer shall refund the full reservation deposit to the customer within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
